Membership application privacy information

When you submit a membership application, we collect your name, email, optional telephone, institution, specialty, city, optional license identifier and optional message. We process these data to review membership eligibility, respond to your request and administer membership if approved. We record the time of your acknowledgement of this notice.
Access is limited to authorized WordPress administrators. Application details are stored in the website database and are not sold or used for marketing. Email delivery necessarily transmits your name and email to the configured mail provider. No application approval is automatic.

Retention, hosting and local law
Action required before launch: insert your finalized retention period, lawful basis, hosting and processing arrangements, and any required information under North Macedonian personal-data-protection law. Obtain review from the association’s responsible person before collecting applications.
Collaboration proposals
When you submit a collaboration idea, research proposal, congress suggestion or partnership request, the association collects your name, email, proposal content, and optional professional details and links. We use these data only to review the proposal and communicate with you about possible collaboration. Submissions are visible to authorized administrators, are never published automatically and are not used for mailing lists without separate permission. You may request correction or deletion through info@digitalhealth.mld.mk. Do not include identifiable patient data or confidential material.
